This is a fast and accurate app for converting ICD-9 codes to ICD-10 equivalent codes. You just type in the condition by description or by code, within seconds you will get ICD-10 equivalent codes. It also retains the last research codes for quick reference. There no other app like this on iOS as far as I know.

Cant find something simple like gastrointestinal bleeding for icd10 Cant anyone make a good 9/10 program

Very difficult to search & convert from ICD 9 to 10. Would not recommend.

Not sure how anyone can rate this poorly. Its simple, fast, just flat out excellent.

Using this for added support in our ophthalmology clinics for all office staff including doctors. Hate writing reviews but this was worth the 2 minutes- love this app! Thank you!

Since ICD 10 coding is all about specifity, reimbursement is dependent on how specific we are with our coding. This app has definitely allowed me increased reimbursement, and theyve made it so incredibly simple. This app will save healthcare providers countless hours of searching for the specific coding needed for any given diagnosis. Having the ability to break down coding, by system, saves time and frustration. Once I found this app, and I looked at no less than 25-30 apps, paying for many of them, I finally found the coding app I need. Our entire office now uses this app. I rarely write reviews, but this app is worth of 10 stars! I can now spend my time with patients, rather than time spent searching for specific codes. Thank You!

At least this app is free, but its not easy to use. The common codes for my specialty, OB/Gyn, is very limited and lacks some of the most basic conditions. When using the search, it consistently says No ICD 9 located for conditions that are common, eg preeclampsia. Youd be better off searching ICD10data.com.

This app has worked great for me! I have had to re-code everything that was pending during the 9/10 switch over which took forever until I found this app...conversions are accurate and allow for laterality..looks like based on previous comments they worked out all the kinks. So far easy transition from 9 to 10! Thank you!

Would be nice if the decimal were optional, as it is in my EHR. I keep forgetting . . . its a small thing (decimals usually are)

I love the app its helpful easy conversion. Its an ease with this app!! Hands down!

In the palm of your hands, you can quickly go from ICD9 > 10 or from ICD10 > 9. You can even create a favorites list! A great start for a difficult transition in the practice of medicine.
